As GoForClose's Content Developer, I researched, prepared, wrote, and edited content for online marketing and front-end web development to improve search engine optimization (SEO) and increase quality organic leads to the GoForClose website and its secondary site, SolidOffers.

​

GoForClose appeals to real estate investors and wholesalers who need help with REI marketing and lead generation, while SolidOffers engages motivated home sellers. Below are overviews and samples of my work. Help A Reporter Out (HARO) is a service by Cision that allows journalists and bloggers to submit requests for sources or comments, and I would answer any inquiry about real estate, marketing, or brand stories. I responded to 25+ HARO queries. Vivid Vision (2024)

After 30 days with the company, the CEO requested I help him create his 2024 Vivid Vision. I researched Vivid Visions for popular brands, compiled questions and interviewed the CEO to capture his thoughts, after which I wrote the copy and outsourced a friend-Graphic-Designer to put it in a fully designed layout.

I built page layouts, sourced images, and wrote the copy for both pages.

Social Media Posts and Video Snippets

Twice a week, I posted social media content to increase quality organic leads to GoForClose and SolidOffers' websites. Every Thursday, a new article would publish in the blogs, and I would share the news on Facebook and LinkedIn. Then, every Tuesday, I posted a video snippet, highlighting Thursday's article, to Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
